Sprouts are the purest plant protein which can easily be grown in the back yard or in the kitchen. Every seed readily available can be used for sprouting like “taogi” or mongo “mung” bean sprouts. Sprouts are hundred times powerful than the seeds. While leaves are hundred times powerful than the sprouts. SPROUTS WITH LEAVES ARE MEGA FOOD. Two tablespoon of any sprouts or a combination of different sprouts is complete food. The table below shall explain the process of sprouting and the curative uses of the most common seeds.

this disturbing question, if you are an E.T, you are also a healer in a sense you have enough power to heal others by just touching them or by directing your energy to them.

If we draw honestly the balance sheet, men end up always in debt for their destruction barometer is always higher than the one of their repairs! For this reason I want to be FAIR with men and give them the chance to deal with their creations without any interference but inviting them to open up to the powers within individually in case SCIENCE FAILS. This is to say that I adhere completely to the common saying that points out all this very clearly:

You better show the poor how to fish
rather then give them the fish or the money to buy it!

So in truth, healing is a NOBLE SCIENTIFIC ACTION after all,

 Again you are playing with fire my friend but do you see a doctor when you are sick?
 I do not even think of it, it doesn’t enter my mind so that he can’t help in creating it. Now I understand what was happening to me, I simply had to accept what was going to happen and live it beforehand so that I won’t somber in the suicide idea that crossed my mind during the first Gulf war!

After few days of practice of this technique I had the idea to ask, in a form of a choice ( very important ), my third eye to show me my first life since it knows all. Surprisingly, after several trials, I had 4 TV screens ( 2”x2”) covering my face, in which I was sitting in a king’s chair on one screen and a lot of happy dancers wearing beautiful dresses on the other screens. And a voice telling me that is Krishna ! This info blew my mind away at once and felt rather uncomfortable for I could not accept such a possible high soul sitting in this imperfect body ! Few days later I remembered a strange coincidence that happened in the Brahma Kumaris meditation centre which I just joined for about a week. This experience with BK spiritual university teaching “Raja Yoga” meditation, was significant for me, for I had a sort of a dictation of a poem which ignited my writing capability. Aug 13 was the celebration of Krishna’s birthday. For some reason I wrote this poem before going to the party, the last two verses said this: . . KRISHNA’S DAY . ……………….What a journey of spiritual suffering as a young king …………………Meant for a prince not for a child with no golden ring …….……….since today is Krishna’s birthday, I accept the naïve temptation ………………………...to represent him in this day of celebration ! . As I just arrived to the centre, I was announced as the chosen actor of Krishna’s role for the celebration ! Of course I was honoured and overwhelmed with this expression of love from the group. And here I am surprising them equally with a poem predicting exactly their choice and I offered my body to the various beautiful ornaments reserved for the occasion. Another strange thing happened, no one could take a picture of me that day ! the two cameras on place were out of order without any particular reason. Another strange coincidence! . This experience is actually extremely significant and hides an out of reach wisdom we will come back to it later. . . HYPNOSIS OF THE EGO WITH THE THIRD EYE . No more NOZE to support your PRIDE . No more mouth to Bragg its ugly side . . You are QUITE in ONE lasting PEACE!
2. A.D.E ( After death experience ) : During my 7 years staying in the Philippines I have built a huge dream tree house which I turned to a resort called TARZAN’S NEST. A quite creative edifice full of paintings adding colour to the mysterious music living in its unique architecture expressed in the various “free shapes” of the indigenous materials. Any way it’s quite an open place and the cats loved to play around, preferably late at night when I am asleep. At a time, I could no longer sleep and I declared a war to these innocent cats. Nothing worked to drive them away so I decided ignorantly to kill them and so I did. I caught them and drowned them in the swimming pool, though it was a very, very difficult thing to do!!! I have to confess that I really had a bad time dealing with it later. One cat got away and fortunately understood the danger and decided to never adventure inside the building anymore. . This intolerable act of cowardice I have committed, was emotionally tough, but everyone knows, TIME is the greatest healer especially for such a little thing, three poor innocent cats, which is in truth, a drop of water in the ocean compared to the atrocities perpetrated daily throughout the world under the eyes of the universe! She must BE “whole-hearted” to continue to serve us IN-differently! ( would it BE suitable to say “heartless” instead ?) . After my communion I had the idea of making peace with all the people I had differences with, in the past and in the present. So I had meditation sessions calling their souls to settle with mine. I felt that this step was very important to free my spiritual growth. The thing is I forgot to settle with the cats …… ………………………! . The following night, while lying in my bed falling asleep, my whole body was paralysed in a state of consciousness, and here are the same three cats I killed mercilessly hanging on my neck eating me alive !!! What a horrible feeling ………………! So I was praying forgiveness and was relieved after about two minutes or so ……………!!! In my humble understanding, some Kharma stuff strike at the moments of death and make the kharmic person live exactly the same pain he inflicted to other souls. . Morality: No one will get away with anything that is touching directly the soul of another being, the Matrix ! A separate Kharmic account most people have no awareness of ! Since then, I do not dare to kill an ant or even a mosquito enjoying sucking my blood. When that happens I take a minute meditation saying this : . . If my blood is the sole source of life for these creatures . then I gladly offer it mercifully. . May I, for a more loving experience of giving, . ask for reduction of the pain . inflicted in the process, so that they can get fed in peace ! . And you know what – it works most of the time - ! . Our smart cat started showing up again and began to be more daring crying for food. My new state of consciousness made me act on the spot by giving him something to eat through my worker for he was still afraid of me, he remembers ! Few days later I was the one giving him the food. For some reason he kept coming back more often out of his food hours and started long crying sessions which disturbed me really and under which I did not know what to do. So I meditated to try to connect with the cat and talk to him! Here is what I said: I have cried enough these days and can not take it anymore, so I am begging you to stop crying and please come forward for anything you need and through my hand chakra I projected divine healing energy to the cat, to my surprise the cat stopped crying few seconds later ! This experience was repeatedly practiced and a solid connection was established with the cat. I understood his crying had more to express than just food!!! I was forgiven and a friendly relationship was sought! Since then the cat and me were the closest friends in the world. .
3. The invitation to an O.B.E ( Out of Body Experience ): During a beautiful tropical evening, the skies were in one of their exotic celebrations. As I was enjoying the blessings of my communion, I happen to be right there comfortably sinking in a large rocking share watching the show, and the stars danced for me and filled the whole space that my eyes could reach. While getting hypnotised with this simple pure beauty, an idea came to my mind, and I asked my self, can I watch this with my third eye? and how would it be, my thoughts were whispering ? The universe listened to my sincere choice and opened my third eye to enable me to see a complete different scene. To my surprise, there were only a handful shining stars and one of them absorbed all my attention as a very jealous woman imposing the supremacy of her beauty. In a fraction of a second I completely surrendered and saw only my lucky star connected to me through a visible bright beam of light. The funny thing is this : Come, do you want to visit me ? the star’s voice in my head said and I felt a bit confused, for one part of me wanted to say YES but the stronger part answered : I am sorry I am still attached to mother earth, I feel needed and how do I get back ? And that was it, out of ignorance, a bit of fear was generated and I missed the most natural O.B.E that could have happened to a human being !!! . . Morality: . . This experience shows that in reality most of what we see in the sky, as stars, . might be an illusion created by the reflections of the real powerful stars ! . . the question I address to my fellow Astrophysicists colleagues is: . . Could it be a Mirage at the end of their telescopes ? . That is the question ? .
4. Sex with no sex: Here is a “ crazy confidence ” to seduce you or make you laugh or even better make you think…One day, while I was playing my guitar in a “trance state”, a sexual emotion slipped IN and flooded my whole being, it is the word that fits, I was flooded! This joyful feeling awakened my sweetest similar experience with a little difference that is in truth rather huge. This happened without a partner and without touching myself, I just touched my true “SELF”, my highest lover like no other! Oh yes, everything happens “UP there”, the seed and the seat of creation and not “DOWN there” the lead and the seat of an empty intercourse, the trap. The evacuation of the CON-summed energy follows the natural flow…to end the show, between us who would believe me aside from another ASS? Morality: the choice we have in the way we could use all the available energy in us, is STILL…tremendous and boundless, I have only touched a small peace of it but enough to win my PEACE within. Once again it is only true for the one that has lived it! Nonetheless, I have lived once and only once, a higher emotion I can’t really define, words are really frustrating, anything related to “being” is systematically out of their reach and some times they even succeed in expressing just the opposite, the work of the DULL mind, all I can say is that it is very similar in nature to that of what we commonly call “sexual energy” without the evacuation process ( the pure energy is simply called after its outlet ). The fact of admitting that I had enough of the repetitions of the common experiences no MATTER how beautiful they were was in it-SELF a CALL for a new way of creation through the usual universal ball, naturally the emotion. I am definitely positive and without a single doubt that the ways of creations are simply INFINITE within us, I therefore assert in my sense, the six, and suggest to your sense, that the earthly world is rather limited for matter has simply become “the prayer”. This is leading me to think that our planet is under the influence of a less civilised planet system. In my case, I have no intension to come back to earth, nothing interests me anymore except to spend the rest of what I have left to live on sharing peacefully what have enlightened me to invite every truth seeker to RE-member WHO he really IS. Astral travel and higher levels will “BE” my next field of joy and MACROBIOTICS food IN-take will “BE” my field of experience and reflection on the human level.
 Oooofffff, you were right, it is “REASON” that one has to put aside, to catch the essence of what you have experienced. This is something truly uncommon and irrational!
But I can’t avoid wondering about the credibility of this sharp & coherent wisdom you have presented resulting from such strange uncommon experiences, by someone who can be qualified with anything except a wise speaker of such a startling intelligence defying science and reason!
 I know my friend, they can call me with all the names they can imagine, it would not touch a hair of my serenity within Me. For I know what I have lived and I take full responsibility of whatever CON sequences this will ignite, I only want to UNITE, IN PEACE! If they still choose ignorance I will follow my wisdom and kindly step aside and watch the show ! …I have never been so sharp and lucid in my entire…………… life.

The most significant lesson to catch is to enable oneself to see behind the sincere emotions, expressed as they are by these poor “DEAD” words, and touch what is beyond reason. On the other hand, one’s intelligence can guide him to appreciate the FIRM COHERENCE of all the ideas that are in truth the LINKS in the ROSARY of a WISDOM CHAIN that is FOR ONCE in all history, FREE from any CONDITIONAL RULE or REGULATION !

Every “HUMAN Being” is finally FREED from the HUMAN in him !
He is now a Being who knows perfectly what is HUMAN,
and therefore can BE a HUMAN whenever he CHOOSES TO !

This is true progress in humanity, man is completely detached
from all the ill-founded prejudgments of rationality that systematically
refuses, what escapes its comprehension, its self-limitation, its IMPOTENCE !

 What you just said is a great thing, but you have a very curious way of looking at things. What is this aegis of personality ?

everything you do, that is JUST
in the understanding of your BEING is the truth in you,
the rest, that which CON-sequently can ‘t BE just, is the LIE,
called justly the PERSONALITY and incarnates the external face of your EGO,
that prefers to RE-ACT internally!

Regarding my way of looking at things, it is rightfully very curious, it is that of my third eye, the ONE IN visible internally & invisible externally!
 If I understood you right, the personality plays exactly the opposite role of my
“ being ”. If it is the case, what do you do with your individuality ? Nothing personal!
 Ha, ha, ha, it’s ok to be intelligent, but it is far better to just BE.

The INDIVIDUALITY in a human my friend, is the “ BEING ”as an ADULT
where all its “ STAINS ” are the image of his PERSONALITY.

We can’t avoid this duality, we are always facing two forces: one that ACTS and called the passive or the peaceful force that is asleep, the other RE-ACTS and called the passionate force that you need to put asleep and BE cherished by its opposite until it learns or “to be” more precise, RE-member in love, how to ACT.

And that is why I was too close to loose my mind during my irrational experiences, without my “ being” authorization, I would have certainly been sent to a mental home !
 All this, is in fact a FATE attached to the Supreme Equality within the human nature at its noblest state touching Mister everybody with no exception.
 it is exactly just that, but I have to precise that we do not come on earth all together at the same time, otherwise we would be all prophets without a reason TO BE, on earth. Our role would be useless. Life evolves in the image of Entropy, in DISORDER, for the Being, being spiritual, can not enjoy materiality without the experience of all its faces. Thus Duality celebrates its birth in the human nature. For us to deal with it freely and make of it what defines the life we live and deserve until death shows up for the last assessment. This result will pull us forward to a higher REALM or send us back for a new cycle to learn what still escaping our comprehension. We are all bound to reach the state of full comprehension of life on earth before any higher ascension. Every human is on a specific level on the cosmic wheel that is continuously turning, we can’t possibly take short cuts!
Morality: fate or not, the wheel continuous to turn and so the wisdom, eternally until the day one decides to embark on its ship!

Speaking of fatality, it is reminding me some discussions I had with a dear friend of mine who started jumping, every time I said that he had to accept life as it comes for everything we live is what we deserve, which means he still has a lot to learn before admitting such fate, there is no way for him to cut corners. The same thing happened with the food CHOC, the first holy war. He has practiced being a “Naturian” for fifteen days, enjoyed all the benefits he praised and then decided to come back to the flesh, he wasn’t completely convinced yet he said, I can’t help him in this matter, for he has to burn the “con” in him by him “SELF”, I have gone through the same thing and that is our sole purpose of living, to burn the “con” by learning or re-membering who we really are and respect ourselves by respecting every being alike!
 One last question on this fate that is able to make everyone of us a king with the faith of Jesus, Is it possible that we also have been the contrary ?
 And here you are, you just touched the subtlest secret of life,

we all go through the most chocking situations on earth,
from the sage to the hit man with Hitler’s rage,
from a thief to a rapist chief,
from a dictator to a simple killer with a detonator!

So that we learn everything by incarnating all the faces of FEAR
which is the main source of all the negative that happen to us!
It is this stage of comprehension that represents the “conscious present”,
the highest present for Human CON-science, the higher science:

Acceptance & Tolerance of the other… with no judgment!
The challenge each truth seeker ought to take
to comprehend what is truly “at stake”!

And since it is a pure energy, it can’t be touched, thus it can only play the reflector,
And whatever is involved in the fight gets back to the usual poor me,

The “martyr” of my ignorance of my SELF!

 Something was really disturbing me while writing the first holy war that I consider necessary to the sanctity of the human body. As I am a Muslim by birth, I can’t ask any Muslim to stop celebrating the big feast called “ the Aid Kebir ”, in which every follower is engaged in the killing of a sheep under a specific holy ritual as it is explained in the Koran. Since the Koran is the only holy book that has never been uttered throughout its history, I would not commit a silly mistake that would be seen as a Blaspheme of the Koranic Law and my sole purpose in inviting every Muslim to become a better Muslim would be jeopardized! Again, I am a UNIFIER, not a separator.

Could you solve this problem for me, as an outsider, you might be in a better position to see clearer, and let Allah BE with you my friend!
 Ooofff, for a first question, it is ONE!
It is Me now that has to walk on broken glass, any way it is crystal clear that to every problem there is a Shakespearian solution, the Being that I am at this moment knows best exactly that. Let Me remind them that abstaining from eating meat is NOT against the Koran, for it is
out of the FIVE untouchable corners that define, in my third eye, the beautiful HAND of
ALLAH called “ KHOMSA ” meaning “ the FIVE “, Muslims wear similarly as the cross for Christians to drive away EVIL’ s bad luck and westerns use it genuinely as “ give me FIVE ” to celebrate a successful action or a genuine positive emotion!

Being on the safe side, I can ACT freely, I couldn’t do other WISE anyway, and here is what I have to say to those who chose to apply this holy war for human body purification ( within the Koran, Allah repeatedly insisted on the fact of Being a “sane spirit in a sane body”! ).

1. The day of the big feast “Aid Kebir”, it is TO BE desired to eat, without any feeling of guilt following this ACT meant in Muslim truth as a gesture of higher COMPASSION. .
2. In case the internal purification of the body is in a stage in which: ……………… a. The flesh is no longer easy to digest by the new state of the stomach. b. The compassion for the poor is in its peak. It is therefore advisable to offer the meat in the most respectable form in Islam and called the “ SIDKA ”, and here they are having a bigger day with a feast within the feast!
 Bravo my friend, I couldn’t put is better, and here I am relieved and greatly pleased in Being also the friend of my fellow Muslim brothers! In the name of ISLAM I am thanking you graciously, my forehead is finally embracing the floor with dignity. So long my friend I am dying to the material in peace to celebrate my rebirth with a higher understanding of life I will be also sharing with you shortly. Thus:

Life as it is lived today is nothing but a DEAD life, which makes you a living dead,
Why is it dead ?
It is simply because duality has to be predominant in a relative world, it is a fact,
Thus life in the relative is lived “chopped” to see everything in its dual form,
with a beginning and an end which defines CONsequently all the opposites. Everything is discontinue, it can only be an “illusion” so true that it becomes your main “reality” because of your luck of knowing what is fluid and continuous.
I have insisted enough on the fact to see life as a movie for it is simply a movie, in which
everything is seen as successive discontinued actions because the naked eye under the total control of the mind, is unable to slow down the motion to see the gaps between the beginning and the end of the smallest action in time and space. These gaps make the motion “alive” and continuous. It is like when we take a photograph, the image we have is nothing but a dead image, it is just a memory, we miss to perceive the true life in that image, we just kill it in the photograph. Our mind is naught but a moving camera recording the film of life in our memory, a memory of dead pictures or just a dead memory.

The art of living is TO BE able to slow down the mind in a way the recording is nearly impossible, to live continuously in the present, no gaps are missed to give way to the past and the future to fill them.

No time for questions about what is right and what is wrong, life is enfolding before you as naked as it can be, acceptance is its life air, Its breath for its heart beat. Duality is there without being there, you don’t suffer it, you go through it without stopping, without dying,, life is the motion of the moment in time and space, you stop it and you stop living, you simply reduce your life’s journey.
Energy conservation is unavoidable, in this case your life’s energy. “BLISS and BEAUTY” can only come when your life energy is FREE of THOUGHT MOVEMENT, the source of all conflicts. To be able to do this we have to work on our awareness of the motion of our life’s energy, out thoughts. Most of our life’ energy is DUAL and therefore moves to “split itself” toward what we define as misery and happiness or rather misery and absence of misery, which we CONfuse with happiness. All our scientific efforts are focusing on moving from the relative toward the absolute, as a SOLID RESULT, it can only reduce our life’s energy on earth, this movement is an OUTWORD movement and can never lead to unity, thus the INWARD movement is vital for longer, blissful and peaceful survival. As all masters plainly said it “ energy needs movement, and movement is always from the un-manifest to the manifest, from the seed toward the tree, from the dark toward the light, and this light is only possible if there is NO suppression, otherwise the energy becomes your enemy , you don’t become one, you become many ”. The three categories of humans

On TOP there are those who would do everything to get the attention of others
and they end up mostly at tension while seeking fame to taste what is
to be a fake star that consumes celebrity in an expensive “suite” of a hotel
with maximum number of stars.
The power over ( As a state example: USA ), the ones that utter the truth…
Their life is close to meaningless or superficial!

In the BOTTOM there are those who choose to do everything to get the attention
of the creator while being mostly ignored by others, they see the soul in
every thing that lives and they are continuously in peace having an
infinite number of stars for free …as a cover.
The power with ( As an example: Jesus, Buddha… ) the ones that UNDER-stand the truth… Their life is meaningful !

In the MIDDLE there are those who are a bit lost in between and deserve the
suffering they endure for they are simply never secure, their best shot
or rather their only chance to break through is to take a stand and
go for the top or for the bottom.
The powerless or the lost ones( As an example: Middle EAST ) still searching
Their life is dangerous but dynamic
and interesting especially when it leads to the bottom with the knowledge of the top!

I experienced the bottom and I ended up as an ASS
the shortest way leading to SELF purification…

…Life is naught but repeated lessons to re-member…
Minimize the repetitions to have access to new lessons…
We all learn continuously through one another mainly the HARD WAY…
The inevitable process to re-define one SELF.
The experience of « WHO WE ARE NOT » is the revelation of « WHO WE ARE »!
So negate, negate everything you know

Glad to know you are still hanging on, in this crazy world !

Of course I will share with you as much as I can to help you see through things, you willingly wanted to be my disciple ( do you remember ? )! But I am not that kind of master with disciples we have enough of them on earth. I am just a realized soul whose mission is to elevate my SELF first than share with others to invite them, out of experience and not out of just reading , to practice the way I did to reach this level - the objective way - At the same time I keep being alert to learn from others whatever there is to learn for our main essence of life, no matter how high the level we reach, is learning more and more and more ...Sorry to tell you that, the learning process will never end and that is all THE BEAUTY of it. We keep discovering higher REALMS ( I will tell you more when you are ready, for now you are still in this filthy REALM on earth and you have to conquer its understanding before taking off anywhere else, otherwise you will keep taking body after body wearing different masks until that happens !!! ). NATURE'S LAW.
So to help you, I will ask you to start helping yourself !

You've got to do that, as soon as you can, the wisdom is choosing you for deep in you, you have been asking for it badly so don't miss it!

There is no need to read more books really, it can’t hurt anyway, but the essence is simple and the same, just a different approach ! No matter how much we can write we will always write something already written which is of a great benefit to the writer more than anyone else; so start writing about your understanding without any support! let it flow as it comes, go deep in every thought about everything and challenge your understanding, do not refer to what I wrote or somebody else, it has to come from you without forcing yourself, just write, you will see that one day your powerful sincerity and willingness to drink of your “thirst to know more” will be heard and god will talk to you in a way that your writing becomes so effortless and very meaningful and the TRUTH will start showing itself "naked" repeatedly begging your attention ( no matter the subject you choose and go deep in its architecture, the music you will hear will be always in tune with the same very old truth ) and when that happens you get your first communion! the feeling of lightness coming through a flow of bio-electricity conquering literally your physical body until, even your pen, will be held by another force, writes differently and then nothing… for you are totally possessed by your higher SELF whom is celebrating its recognition ( welcome home thing ) by taking you straight to a trance state that can not be describable by these poor words ( the word can never be the thing you live !).The thing is you have to remember that what you lived is just your admittance to the true school of existence and your journey has just began ! You just had a rebirth, enjoy being a child again !

And if you commit to this hunger for spirituality your path will unfold before you every time you feel stagnating and start to suffer a bit! sorry to tell you that for the highest energy you can liberate is when you are deep in the “hole or confusion” and then you celebrate a new realization - the danger is in facing the tough position when you are in the bottom, many give up and simply try to convince themselves that they were doing their best and can not take it any more and blame God or whoever they had in mind - WE ARE ALWAYS TESTED - That is tough but that is how it is, Got it ! One consolation though :
The higher platform we reach ,
the less effort we need to get out of the ditch !!!

It becomes a joyful game because in truth what is pain when its source is love !

What you've got to do now to help the writing be more effective is to practice it every day, in your social and family life, I am very, very, very keen with this !!! Live what you write! never miss a chance to practice it otherwise you are fooling your "self" and the paybacks are heavier then, for you can no longer hide behind the veil of ignorance! When you choose the subtle life you have to be sincere to the bone for the main goal is complete NAKEDNESS or DETACHMENT from the material in all its ugly faces !!! So little by little one has to create more time for his "self" study on the expense of money making! This is really a tough part because of your attachments to the so called needs. Here, a redefinition of what is, A NEED, is absolutely necessary so just go easy and do whatever you can in your “garbage segregation” ! That is exactly what it is actually. Use your common sense, ask yourself what is really spiritual? What is material? What is my higher choice? Am I ready for this? Shall I try? what the heck! I can always go back to it etc…This is the PROCESS to open a small window to a new way of living, YOURS ( not that of “Society Knower” ), guided by your force within, your candle light that have been waiting for so long to enlighten your heart. From there you can continue in finding pleasures in the non material until reaching the point of giving up all body pleasures just for the sake of understanding only - I am an absolute fan of unlimited freedom One has to understand first, you never had the chance! Once you are there you can go back to whatever pleasures you want to experience, only this time you know what you are doing! And you enjoy while being an example for others to follow and to swallow the wisdom that emanates from your new clean body. Oh not yet really , I forgot the body purification through FOOD! Any way, I can not ask for too much, I will tell you but see what you can do ok? These are my thoughts or what has come to me after my communion. The philosophy goes like this: As a human being, this being is of the same nature in any other being as an animal, insect, a plant etc ... anything that has that cycle of life and death in a natural way ! So if we discover who we really are, a soul, and live with full awareness of it ,we can no longer justify eating the body of another soul to satisfy our TONGUE ( in my case I do not eat any life even when it is insignificant like a pulled vegetable, this means that I only eat fruits and vegetables gathered as a fruit without harming the source of its life )! or to please our eyes by having animals in a cage or in an aquarium or please our ears by having birds in a cage etc... All these actions are very harmful to our soul progress and certainly create bad records in the Akashic records book ( Karma files ). So once we understand this very basic truth and we apply it every day, our consciousness shifts automatically, for in my understanding ,THIS IS THE FIRST SURE STEP TO TOUCH THE SOUL!!!

Can we see the soul in all creatures no matter how helpless they are !
If we truly can, that means
we will not allow ourselves to be the killer nor its accomplice.

So get on with it and try and remember you can always go back where you left of! Right?
On the way, I remind you that the energy centers of the body, the Chacras, “go nuts” for
vegetarian lifeless foods and expand faster under these favorable circumstances. And you can learn naturally without the need of any master or a school in which you have to
undergo the endless exercises of the various methods which might take years, but you get there eventually if you persevere. This is another high price you have to pay, aside from the enrolment fees and several other inevitable inconveniences due to planning problems to make all this fit in your hectic schedule, including the vacation plans etc … So much energy wasted in all of this . Obviously, the percentage of the ones who will get there is low, for most get discouraged on the way, I would say more precisely the hard way! So after all, the choice is always yours :

THE HARD-HARD WAY or THE EASY-hard WAY what would you CHOOSE ?

This EASY-hard WAY is only difficult in the beginning for we need a shift of consciousness that requires the change of our bad habits etc …THE HIGHEST WALL to climb ! After that everything happens as a consequence ( even doubts and pains in stagnating are enjoyable for they are born from a will of a noble difficulty in ascending the spiritual ladder ).

I can never INSIST enough on the DAILY PRACTICES of the principals that you have accepted and that started BLOSSOMING WITHIN YOU, they only grow from these practices for they are FED from the energy that is produced during these simple actions and keep adding up till this seed becomes a tree that can resist the typhoons you might encounter ( and you will have to face plenty of that, simply because people will notice the new you and they will fight you – so one advice, avoid before getting ready ok ).

YOU CAN ONLY FACE AND FIGHT ONE FRONT at a time !!!

I have lived this situation myself while I was still in my MAJOR TRANSITION and lost the SUBTLE magic of the wisdom in me, as a SEED, and I could not express it with its TRUE FACE, that of LOVE, instead I HAD BACK ON, MY USUAL UGLY FACE that expressed something more likely represented UGLINESS ! Which has been mirrored to me by my dear friends. And here is another valuable advice:

AVOID ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO KNOW YOUR “OLD YOU” well !

They will resist very strongly the “new you” for it is so different and that can not be!. This reaction is simply :

1. an envy that is triggered by FEAR ( our worst enemy in truth! ) for one is always afraid of “you” knowing more all of a sudden! …
2. A plane refusal of the “new you” and they will keep laughing at your face repeating “ I KNOW YOU - I KNOW YOU “. So move on and just disregard them completely for they can not be of any good to you neither you to them ! in my case, I just moved to another country and my spiritual growth is genuine and constant. …
3. When you feel STRONG and your SEED becomes a TREE. Go back or establish relations again with all your “SEED-SOUL-RESISTANTS” and EMBRACE THEM ALL though the needles hidden under their arms may wound you. But these are just tears of love to you and can no longer “do you any harm” and you celebrate and you debate and you create and create and create … more spiritual space for new beautiful beings to emerge from their own prison ! …
4. Remember this also, There is only LOVE in TRUTH and no matter the gravity of the reactions you might encounter, never loose the face of LOVE, or else it will take its opposite face of UGGLINESS. Then do not wait to DEMASK it, do it as quickly as you can before the stains get deeper. The funny thing is, when you win the battle you get out STRONGER than before and here we are again running into the same thing we’ve said before: In other words, when you are down, you need more strength to go up and that makes you stronger .

I stop here, because I feel like repeating myself and I went through this exercise too many times already. It ‘s your turn to exercise ok ? come on it’s a divine game

Since young age, we are under the guidance of the blind system so to say :

1. our parents know nothing themselves but they play a role that is out of their reach - One can not teach what he does not know! and in no case we should blame them for they simply don't know better! Most parents do it with sincere love .This is just a fact in no case one should rebel and harm his parents. Just leave or accept !
2. Our educational system focuses on money making and prepares us to be part of a consumer society we did not choose! but designed for us and the only choice we have is of the AM-BUSH type :YOU'RE IN you survive and you’re one of us YOU'RE OUT you’re the enemy, a failure, a shameful being and you loose dignity and suffer discrimination etc....
3. Religion is even worse in its education for right from the start we are all sinners since birth. We are the product of a sin committed by our oldest ancestors that ate from the forbidden fruit!! And the only way to hope for forgiveness is to do everything they tell us and as an example they give us the worst IMAGE of themselves ( history shows how intolerant and harmful to those who had different ideas, some are killed or excommunicated e.g. Socrates, Espinosa, Gibran etc…) ; This image they claim to be that of God! Goodness me! we are so blind to accept these CROOKS as our sole representative and give them love and money to make them more powerful to oppress us in the name of LOVE of THE GOD in them that is full of lies and corruption and intolerance feeding their thirst for power! The TRUTH is under their nose but they have decided to keep their disciples in the dark and keep the mystic powers for themselves to abuse it in showing how mush God loves them and therefore demonstrate their DIVINE HEALING POWERS on TV which turned out to be a very juicy BUISNESS! Here they are UNCOVERED but we still can’t see! For we are deeply ASLEEP !!! Good Very Long Night Sleep my friends !

Let me clarify one thing here, I have nothing against any religion or cult, they all call for peace and wisdom and all lead to the same TRUTH ! I am simply stating facts that kept the people in the dark and therefore it is an outcry for the RELIGIOUS ADMINISTRATORS to give the right example of the teachings of whom they represent !
And also INVITE them to reveal the TRUTH they are hiding for ages from their followers – so what you give to others you give to yourself – and here they are also blessed and every one is happier !
And I add that there are GREAT TRUE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE AMONG US, whom I salute and show them all my respect e.g. Mother TERESA !!! GOD BLESS US ALL !

THE END-LESS JOURNEY OF THE REALIZED SOUL

Finding your own truth is a hilly path full of surprises , where the right and the wrong in tune , learn finally how to sing the same song . Along the way , we “ flirt ” repeatedly with the ups and downs passionately to challenge our understanding of life, until we feel we touch something …This something , even though can be our deepest pain and suffering ,is in fact the greatest deed to invoke the first step into a higher truth !

TRUTH SHOWS UP ONLY AT THE PEAK , IN LOVE OR IN PAIN !

Once you embrace it you immediately COMMUNE with the highest in us , the true
“ ONE ” and fly , fly , fly to taste the freedom of a bird in the sky . Suddenly your eyes start to see through things , your ears start to hear through the thickest sounds and your mouth start to learn to be QUITE to let your thoughts take you to the unknown , for your journey of knowing has just BEGAN !

A window opens in the darkest part of your mind before you , to step into your inner world , the one we never visit , and to begin your re-discovery of who you really are .

The beauty of this journey is that it is a never ending story , for one can only touch “ A TRUTH “ , his truth EXPERIENCED !

This over-flowing love breaks our WINGS FREE and invites us to share the knowledge with others for it is painful to try to contain it . This task is a noble one with no price
( the noble price is for material innovations !) . But its REWARD is another open window in another dark part of your mind to lead you to a HIGHER TRUTH on another hilly path of a higher platform .

This wisdom tells us that once “ one’s truth is found “ , it is one and the same as a new beginning , so that we continue to be humble , loving and tolerant . In other words , we
are ALWAYS IGNORANT of the absolute truth since we are all PARTS and PARCELS in the IMAGE and LIKENESS of THE WHOLE … ONE .

“ANY ONE “ WHO DARES TO DECLARE HAVING THE ONE KEY TO THE
HIGHEST ONE IS PROJECTING HIS PURE HUMBLE IGNORANCE OF HIM !

Because the truth is : “ ANY ONE ” IS NOTHING BUT ONE OF US !

Let me ask you this : How can the PART gets to know the WHOLE . It is simply IMPOSSIBLE for it can only know its WHOLE- PART at best ( in many lifetimes ) !

Once we see this LIGHT of truth CLEARLY , we can start our dearest DREAM of knowing the WHOLE by UPLIFTING others to get to know who they really are and continue the ULTIMATE SEARCH .
The essence of this divine game of “ truth search ” is to nourish the humility in us for without it we CAN’T EVOLVE we simply DISSOLVE ! So humility before our
ignorance of the absolute truth is our dearest honorable REWARD . And we keep
CYCLING endlessly on the COSMIC WHEEL RE-CREATING NEW TRUTHS
while climbing the LADDER of THE BEST WE CAN BE THING until we all reach the GRANDEST VISION of who we really are ( if that is ever possible ! ) to RE-FORM the WHOLE “ ONE ” and then WE ALL CEASE TO BE !!!

There is only “ ONE ” in ONE “ PEACE ”

THE BIGGEST OCEAN OF PEACE EVER -
NOTHING MORE TO EXPERIENCE BUT LOVE …

The supreme BIG-BANG as seen from the absolute referential
while from the relative it is seen as the BLACK HOLE
crystallizing the extreme IGNORANCE of men!

And so is the highest COSMIC CYCLE,
the RE-FORMATION & DEFLAGRATION

CRYSTALLIZATION & DE-CRYSTALLIZATION
Of the SUPREME LOVE = GOD

The mystery of LOVE,
Is any BODY can be…truly in love?
If so what is love?
I have just noticed that I have never been in love CONSCIOUSLY…
So I had to write about it now that I am even more ignorant…
The illogical or the negation…

The first step toward knowing is not knowing,
The first experience of loving is not loving,
This step is far too easy, too obvious, too vast , too far-reaching,
I get lost in such huge domain,
I rather look for who is loving,
But I am stuck again,
I still don’t know what is loving,
which is a good step to get me closer to knowing what is loving,
but I still did not experience what is not loving,
so this good step is just an illusion, a short cut,
my mind’s creation,
I have to stay focused,
Where was I,
Oh seeking who is loving,
Back on track,
The first step is seeking who is not loving,
This is great, so great that it is found in every human being,
I am the first step of not loving,
I lived it for too long, 45 years,
It is all over me, I can feel it , I can smell it,
I can almost touch it,
This is good, very GOoD,
It is in me,
hey I can take a bigger step to know what it is,
how could I feel what IS in somebody else,
it is simply impossible,
humanity is in the dark for centuries,
no wonder we are seeking something we don’t even know what it is,
we only know its dead representation, just the word,
we are totally confused with its meaning,
we can only define it by relating it to something else or someone else,
this process is not right,
LOVE IS NOT RELASHIONSHIP,
Love is existence,
Relationships die,
Existence doesn’t and so is love,
Love is a continuous process,
Love is like our heart beat, you can’t stop it,
It is just so,
Whether you exist in this body whether you don’t,
There is no on AND off,
Only ONE choice is possible,
For it is a part of ONENESS,
Part of GOD, so GOD is love,
Unfortunately over used for ages as a dead word, it has never been more really,
Except for a Jesus, a Mohammed, a Krishna or a Buddha,
But who can possibly understand them,
When the knower dies, the knowing goes along with it,
We only have some knowledge left, the dead corpse of knowing,
So we are still stuck, but if we look in ourselves we still have a chance,
We only need to commune with that knowledge,
Not merely reciting it by heart, that is a mutation of its death,
From the paper to the heart, which makes it even worse,
It can make you a priest but not a “knower”,
A knower meditates on the words with neither goals, nor expectations,
It doesn’t matter if you understand the language or not,
It is the word’s vibration to catch,
SILENCE is the ultimate and SOUND is its SWEETEST AWAKENING,
Experience picks the suitable sounds,
Not what your mind or what any other mind makes of it,
The true sense transcends language, it is the ONE only IN-visible,
The SIX sense, the fragrance to catch, the “essence” of existence,
Some people keep saying that they had GOD in them some time in their lives
Than they lost it, this is pure NONSENSE,
It is only possible unconsciously,
Animals have it in them all the time,
But I am talking about humans,
Human means conscience,
And GOD is CONSCIOUSNESS, so is CONSCIOUS LOVE !
That is what GOD is, Conscious love,
The in-visible path to consciousness,
This is as far as words can get,
More is fallacy,
Experience is “THE” work,
SILENCE is its voice,
The mind is its BROKEN LAG,
GOD is then all yours,
But don’t forget, she can’t bare a TAG,
Love is its ultimate course…
Dive in, and swim forever in its boundless ocean,
The unconscious “minute feeling” you experience while making love,
Is just a tear of the boundless ocean,
But this same “tear” is capable of “tear-in” you …apart,
How about an ocean of it,
That will completely blow your “MIND” away,
The fatal spiritual BLAST that makes you an EVERLAST…being,
This is the two step away from the greatest thing that can happen to a human,
you enters the world of EGOLESSNESS,
you merge with the cosmos,
The last thing you know you become nothingness,
Nothingness is fullness,
He becomes a BUDDHA,
The ultimate!
But this still the work of my mind,
My dearest cheater,
He loves the illusion that moves my imagination,
But he can’t win this time,
And I will not make him a loser neither,
I let him be so he let me be,
I AM AWARE oh his moves,
I just surf with him while watching him , observing him,
Lovingly, I can not do it otherwise,
Cause I simply love him the way I explained above,
I can’t stop this LOVE,
All what is left to do is more meditation
For more conscious love,
My stream within will become a river,
A river will always find the ocean,
it doesn’t need to be shown the way,
by that time, awareness will be meaningless, MIND-less,
then love crystallizes and explodes in the ocean,
now forget what I said and keep your mind away from this,
don’t kill the “life” of this moment that slipped in you,
just be aware …of its fragrance…I didn’t say expect!

In clearer & in truth
“we all love one another” without knowing it or unconsciously!
“to be” or “not to be”

either way, we ARE CON-damned to love one another…

we ARE CON, the basic knowledge…
to damn one SELF to love the other, the big question ?
why keep this doubt on our CON-SCIENCE?
Don’t count on science, it adds more CON…to the equation
We still carry loads on our conscience…

Me, tells you this…
In Me exists the secrets of my existence
The secrets of everything that exists…
This Me exists in every ONE of us
therefore
Loving one SELF IS loving every ONE ELSE and everything…
The conscious love!

We have killed Jesus, Gandhi, M.L King…,
But in truth, we have never stopped loving them…
While living, their love was too suffocating for us…
And unconsciously, this love incarnated suffering…
A suffering that equals the “unconscious love”…
Energy conservation is always there…
Suddenly we realised this colossal love…
And so we had to clean our dirty laundry…
by choosing to worship them forever, passively and passionately…
We are still entertaining this blame in our conscience…
Until the soul is awakened within us…
to unchain us and set us free…to take our chance “TO BE”
Just like them…just ONE of them!

God chose to reveal to me those few secrets of my existence…
The meaning of life is mainly an OCCASION…
an OPPORTUNITY to re-cover the soul’s knowledge…
Including this one…

Everybody is looking for a piece of ASS…
So BE an ASS to be… a piece of every body, a peace in everybody…

Why not exploring the higher centres
Re-cover the orgasm of the body with itself
The INNER meeting

The choice of just being sexual
No matter what your tendency is, gay or straight…
The permanent experience
The higher IN dependence
The complete independence
The usual ugly ordinary faces disappear
No more jealousy & rape, created by frustration

From these centres I don’t know which ones I have already touched
I am not following any theory or method
I am re-covering what I have forgotten in DISORDER,
I keep telling my “self” that I only need to re-member
The ORDER of the centres experimented will be revealed to me in due course
will it be after consuming all the disorder?
As an example I quote my communions during which I lost total control of my emotions
The ( + ) & ( - ) have met within me,
The BIO-electric energy replaced my common conscience
The STATIC energy of the crown centre met the dynamic energy of the basic centre
The ALPHA met the OMEGA
The YING met the YANG
The left hemisphere met the right hemisphere of the brain
The left eye met the right eye
The re-birth of the third eye
The heart slowed down flirting with death due to excess of happiness
I have produced my own electricity
My inner flame was lit
I AM enlightened
Every single part of my body was vibrating
A solution was found
The “ X “ of the equation is unmasked
I am finally bathing in my own MATRIX
My hand writing became faceless to embrace random figures
with no sense but the new born one, taking over the common five,
the indescribable by these words, the IN describable only by my ” experience”
this state is very close to what is called “ SAMADHI “ in Indian mythologies.
The highest LOVE MAKING…

The message has reached Me & well received
These multiple forms of ORGASMS exist
My TASK is to master the process,
Meaning RE-produce them without hankering or even wanting them
To LOVE them without EXPECTATION
To be DETACHED permanently and achieve the SACRED LINK!
The permanent dichotomy…
The paradox …
Logic fades away…in favour of audaciousness…
For you to experience…
Otherwise, I could only be seen as a FOOL…

Sorry , the only one thing I know for sure
Is that I AM period… to be COOL…

PS: The path leading to God is a simple LOVE AFFAIR during which we re-member who & what is JUST & FAIR, the shortest way is rather far too simple “to be” true… MEDITATION my friend !

If I tell you that meditation is naught but an unconditional sexual experience, would you dare? Logically yes, for sex is the ultimate dynamic force in our earthly existence, the most tasty and most wanted variable in LIFE’ s EQUATION, although the result is rather MEDIOCRE, dissatisfaction, deception, envy, jalousie, abuse, misuse…in brief frustration, all these are unfortunately on our daily menu wherever you stand in the face of the sun on earth. Somehow, because this experience is meant “to be”…lived differently, we certainly drag too often a big part of “con” within the equation, the social and religious education my friend, the limited path of “ the process of creation “. Society and religion dare to create the right to practice their power over us, always hand in hand as close members of the same band playing the music of the giver and the ruler blessed by the providence’s law and the human law. Indeed they know that you are an essential element to their survival. SEX is the only domain in which for a split second, no one can control you or interfere in any way we can imagine with your holy moment, the thing is, they know that damn well. Hence “INSTITUTIONALISING SEX” is seeking control over you through a conditioning brain washing of your “mental power”, in other words converting your own power to their obedience, in one word NON FORCED SLAVERY.

SEX is the AWESOME & FEARSOME REBEL to the MIND
It disobeys it very frequently and they don’t like that one bit!

Hence, SEX has been for ages the “ natural enemy” of any CON-fined LAW, their favourite battlefield to reduce its REBEL WINGS the best they can to go ahead with their common POWER OVER plan. Once more remove the CON of the equation and find the true NATURAL LAW of FREE LOVE & FREE WILL, simply the FREEDOM God granted us unconditionally! The whole thing is to comprehend then under STAND its powerful wisdom to preserve its reach and then consume it as you wish, if necessary why not in a CON-dom? One ha always the choice to live with his time, it was not done for dogs!

Yes my friend, Meditation is the most adequate way
Ready to serve you lovingly and faithfully
as soon as, consciously, you “short-circuit” your CON-ditioned Mental power
the LINK to nail you to the ground and pin you down on earth
( the limited world & the “attaché-case”)
only then, the MENTAL TRANSFORMATION BEGINS
the relative “thinking energy” choose somehow “TO BE” also
and incarnates the ”energy of the OBSERVER” the eyes of the ABSOLUTE domain!
The total negation of the relative, the negation of the human,
The innermost core of humanity, pure subjectivity
You just BE…come an “ EXCEPTIONAL BIRD “
Finally at the image & resemblance of the creator.

Would you accept “TO BE”… his ACTOR ?
