Heavens dwell in the farthest skies
Seeking refuge in the peaceful space
Humans deluded accept all emerging lies
Sprouting like magic mushrooms in the nearest cloud

Elevation of the spirit is life’s purpose is it not?
Any tiny light of truth is worth pursuing
For love frees gradually itself from the mud
But clouds resist and persist…and

…Humans with their fists continue fighting…

The see shores and mountain peaks have tried…
Vainly to elevate the vision of men
But men have used them just to release their burdens
And always have left with empty hands.

This is the basic source of misery in men,
They are too attached to deal with their burdens as their enemies
Missing the hidden stretching loving hand in them
And so they leave each time empty handed…

Ben: I have read all the holy books but nothing seems to heal my daily suffering through my various desires and relationships.

Almustafa: listen dearest Ben, everything is hidden within what you have read, but one is invited to enlighten to the truth and not merely reading a ready made recipe to abuse at will.

Ben: Why does it have to be so subtle?

Almustafa: Since in these days enlightenment is hardly attainable, a sage is bound to make it more accessible through simple words to break the barrier of literature. Here are some clarifications but never forget this TRUTH: Words can only be HALF TRUTHS! For one can not LIVE or EXPERIENCE their meaning through reading.

First Ben, you have to realize that life is not LOVE&JOY in the worldly sense as most are praising; it is rather an ocean of suffering! In other words: “LIFE is a JOY for HE WHO DELIGHTS THE hidden LOVE within each SUFFERING”. The wings of this love are wounding but liberating, the ones who run from them are running from the true meaning of life and thus from their true selves. The mercy of Love’s threshing floor is hard to enjoy, for its TASKS are to SIFT you while freeing you from your HUSKS. Human life is the LOWEST consciousness a spirit can incarnate. With the OPTION of “BEING” able to liberate itself through the daily ONGOING purification and rectification of Mind and Heart relationship. Thus, the ONLY thing humans can be “PROUD OF” is this OPTION of LIBERATION from the earthly TRINITY: “Rebirth-Old-age-Death”. Any thing out of this divine option is merely a waste of a precious time. I often ask people about their true goals in life and most answers are about having a nice family in a happy home and see the children of their children grow also happily and if possible FREE of sickness and poverty. All those who AGREE on such an ignorant way of living are in truth undeserving of a HUMAN LIFE, for this is naught but the ANIMALISTIC way of living! Indeed, all animals do the same thing and much better instinctively within the scope of their lives. Have you ever seen an UNHAPPY animal? In truth, only those living with humans know such a state, for we project our IGNORANCE on them in the name of EMPATHY or the LUCK of it! A free animal does know how to survive in all circumstances. Humans KILL their instincts. Most of humans are naught but CONCIOUS ANIMALS, thus consciousness is the only thing that separates us from animals. Consciousness is the ULTIMATE way to liberation.

Ben: Wao, that is a tough piece of truth to digest. But tell me, how to raise our consciousness effectively?

Almustafa: Ok, here are Life’s mechanisms. You are fervently INVITED to accept totally this divine FACT: your WHOLE SITUATION as “Ben” today is naught but the FRUIT STATUS of your Spirit’s history throughout its existence. Most, when the harvest comes as SICKNESS for example, they use all their powers at hand to get rid of it as if it was a malicious alien. One would never see a farmer WASTE his harvest, isn’t it so? And most claim to be Christians, Hindus etc. Now how can that be? Jesus said: as you sow you shall reap, which is equivalent to the law of Karma for the Hindus. Now who’s fooling whom? Life, through all its HARDSHIPS, is merely offering precious occasions of PURIFICATION. One is invited to do his best to SUFFER most of what he/she can ENDURE, that is all. I tell you once again dearest friend, always REMEMBER, liberation rides on SUFFERING and NOT on pleasures through desires!

Ben: You mean to say all hardships through the various relationships also?

Almustafa: definitely my friend and I would add: especially those, for it is easier than enduring sickness at all times.

Life, through the LAW of the universe, will keep on hold everything you refuse to endure for later times; you can’t get away with anything! You’ve got to pay your bill.

Heed this deep in your heart my friend:

“Life JUDGES Ben, ONLY through Ben’s SEEDS! The Law of GOD being completely BENEVOLENT, allows you the FREE WILL to RETURN to it or ignore it, until your time is UP!”

Now why most can’t accept such a CLEAR FACT? It is simply because, Ben can only have ACCESS to a one sided POINT of VIEW through what is happening and thus judges according to this partial truth. The LAW has a global PLANETARY VIEW of the history of all sides involved and thus can’t commit errors!

Ben: Well, what is DEPRIVING me from understanding such a great principle?

Almustafa: Attachments my friend, and all are rooted in the magic of DESIRE! No matter how much you read, the LAW will look into your heart and decide to deprive you or not from its principle. Had it not been so, every IGNORANT will come to OBTAIN the LAW. Such thing is not permitted as long as DESIRE is still ALIVE and kicking in your heart. You can FOOL your-SELF a million times but not the LAW! This is the toughest thing for a human to accept, because it “RIPS-HIM-OFF” of what SEEMINGLY makes one’s life ENJOYABLE and WORTH living from one’s POINT of view!

Well again, to make it clearer, let me picture it for you in a metaphoric way. Earth is one “BOAT” on which the inhabitants enjoy sailing according to the sets of rules and desires on board. A Heavenly planet is JUST another “BOAT” with different sets of rules and desires. One is BOUND to choose where to be, one can’t have a foot on each boat, the legs will soon reach their maximum STRETCH! The problem is rooted in the ATTACHMENT of NOT LET GO of what is REAL in the worldly sense depicted in one’s POINT of view. The HARSH Law of the universe can’t show you what has in STORE for you as Heavenly DESIRES before you GIVE UP the earthly ones. That is how humans deal before buying anything, this is a God’s DEAL I call it today the “Swastika principle”, where is your FAITH you are BRAGGING ABOUT by being a Christian, a Hindu etc? I know this DEAL is tough, but there is no other choice my friend. However, I can only offer you this much of TRUTH, only HALF of it, you ought to complete the OTHER HALF on your OWN and this is the OTHER HIDDEN PRINCIPAL called the “Ying & Yang principle”! In any case, just start applying the principles at your speed and at your ease, for nowadays the Law have decided to BESTOW its most DARING BLESSINGS ever known to human history.

Yes, the LAW is RECTIFYING the practitioner through the cultivation method of Body/Mind called Falun GONG.

Humans have tried in VAIN to re-INVENT the WHEEL, for how could they re-MEMBER who they were and where-from ONCE they came? Finally the LAW (FA) through its WHEEL (LUN), will “RE-IN-VENT” the practitioners day and night (ever rotating) to help them RETURN to the wonderful world once they came from. The Falun will rotate clockwise to draw energy from the universe to cultivate the practitioner and counter-clockwise to rectify the practitioner’s environment, this is the highest meaning of catching two birds with one shot, in fact you could catch many birds! So keep being Clearheaded about this Zhen-Shan-Ren or Z.S.R principle to CONQUER and RELINQUISH the earthly Very-Important-Person or V.I.P principle!

Now please heed this: You are fervently invited to accomplish all your worldly responsibilities (business, education etc.) to your best ability disregarding their rewards. One can’t slack up using the excuse of cultivating himself! One is invited to be THE model of a human being according to the standards of such a high-level-practice as Falun Gong.

Falun Dafa also known as Falun Gong, is a profound, comprehensive and high level system of cultivation practice introduced by Master Li Hongzhi in 1992 in China. It is a genuine system for improving and elevating one’s Mind/Body and spirit towards higher levels. Master Li Hongzhi have said:

“Born into a sphere of suffering
Men struggle just to survive,
One day, behold, the great law gained
Cease not your steps on the path of return”…

The profound meaning of this concise poem is dwelling in the very essence of life on earth and spells the fervent invitation to every human being to embrace the worthiness of a human life that is supposed to be consumed on a single aim that is: Returning to one’s original true self as an enlightened being as a Buddha.

This path of return through enlightenment is called the FA (the Law) and its vehicle is baptized Falun Gong, which is a practice embedded in a cultivation method of Body/Mind assimilating the practitioner to the supreme nature of the universe. Indeed the human body’s mysteries dwell in its most profound origin and thus is regarded as a part and parcel of the immense universe of gross and fine matter; the finer the matter, the subtler the energy, the higher its dimension of existence in space. The human body needs these finer energies to evolve hand in hand with the Mind/Heart nature. During this process of evolution, the body while reflecting the ongoing deeper closeness of the Mind to the Heart, is accordingly being assimilated to the sound characteristics of the universe namely “Zhen-Shan-Ren” or “Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance”. This supreme nature manifested in all dimensions has no additional new concept of God competing with the one reflected in all existent orthodox faiths. Thus “Falun Dafa is not a religion”! It is simply an inestimable added value to bring about to all humankind togetherness on the path of ONENESS. This is a “Practical” divine helping hand to transcend all differences between all faiths and all denominations, “Different Paths-ONE Goal!”. Falun Dafa is thus a sort of a virtual organization, the name stands for simple identification, there is no institution as such to which one can send donations etc. This makes Falun dafa an outstanding Inner Power on a Benevolent basis at the service of humanity that communicates from Heart to Heart rather than through a human institution, this reveals its closeness to what can be called Universality; the non-tagged value that can play the Missing link in society to raise “Morality” in a very effective way.

Falun Dafa aims directly at people’s hearts and makes it clear that cultivation or Xinxing (Heart/Mind nature) is the key to increasing Gong (Cultivation energy drawn from higher dimensions). A person’s Gong is as high as his/her Xinxing level, and this is an Absolute Truth of the Universe. Xinxing includes the transformation of Virtue ( White substance) and Karma (Black substance), the abandonment of ordinary human desires and attachments and the ability to endure the toughest hardships of all. It also encompasses many types of things that a person must cultivate to raise his or her level. The body cultivation is accomplished by performing the profound movements of the Five simple exercises. These movements aim to strengthen the practitioner’s Supernormal Abilities and Energy Potency, thus achieving “The FA refines the Practitioner”. The most outstanding unique feature of Falun Gong practice. Indeed, as practitioners have to work, study, eat and sleep every day, they are not able to do the exercises twenty-four-hours a day. Nonetheless, the Falun (“Law wheel”) installed on the lower abdomen area of the human body, rotates constantly helping the practitioners to achieve the Effect of doing the exercises twenty-four-hours a day. So though practitioners can not do the exercises every moment, the Falun still Refines them without Interruption. This solves the problem of finding time for cultivation towards higher levels. Moreover, during this practice, many living beings are to evolve in the practitioner’s body. In high level cultivation practice, the “Immortal infant” will be born, and many abilities will be developed. The exercise movements are necessary for transforming and cultivating these things. So Dafa is a comprehensive Mind/Body cultivation system which is also called the “Great consummation way” meaning, the practitioner’s body will gradually attain the different degrees of “Purity” offered within the Universal Dafa cultivation system; namely : The “Milky-White-Body” then the “Pure-White-Body”. Finally sanctioned by the appearance of the “three lotus flowers on top of the head” marking the end of what is called “In-Triple-World Fa” cultivation. This attainment is of extreme importance in today’s life for it solves the unavoidable “Fate” of the ordinary body to decay to a point one looses completely his/her independence. This is the “Nightmare” of every single person approaching critical “Old Age”! Dafa offers a unique way of preserving one’s body with enough capabilities ensuring full independence! Family ties are thus strengthened between parents and children and stay healthy until the last breath.

This practice culminates in the experience of “Complete Enlightenment” while in the secular world. The final stage of attainment is called “Kaigong” or the unlocking of Gong ensuring the “Preservation of the Human Essence” through this Ultimate ascension. From then on, one must continue cultivation within the transcendental practice called “Beyond-Triple-World Fa” cultivation, thus one is then called “The Awakened”:

“Ordinary people know him not
He sits amidst mystery;
Where there is profit and desire,
There he is not,
After others pass away,
Only He remains.”

This poem written by Master Li in Feb2,’87 is, in this case, given as a gift to every diligent practitioner to strengthen one’s closeness to the highest essence in human life.

As a conclusion, let us keep in mind the profound feature of the Fa and clearly notice that, among all the theories in the world, the Fa is the most intricate and extraordinary science. In order to explore this domain, humankind must fundamentally change its conventional thinking. Otherwise, the truth of the universe will forever remain a mystery to humankind, and everyday people will forever crawl within the boundary delimited by their own ignorance.
